Within a few minutes walk of all major tourist attractions (Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) and near bus, tram and train links.At Bahaus, your safety is our priority. We have security cameras at key locations, 24 hour reception and dorm rooms have security card password locks. Put your valuables in your own large security lockers (bring your own padlocks and keys or rent them from us) or in our safe box while sightseeing. Choose from male, female or mixed dormitories. Directions

By air- WE HAVE A 24 HOUR PRIVATE or SHUTTLE AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE. PRIVATE SERVICE: We can collect you from ATATURK airport (Main Airport on the European side) for �25 or from SABIHA GOCKEN airport (on the Asian side) for �70 at the TIME YOU CHOOSE. THIS COST IS PER RESERVATION AND IS FOR BETWEEN 1 to 4 PERSONS IN YOUR RESERVATION IN TOTAL.SHUTTLE SERVICE: We can collect you from ATATURK airport for �15 or from SABIHA GOCKEN airport for �45 THIS COST IS PER RESERVATION AND IS FOR BETWEEN 1 to 8 PERSONS IN YOUR RESERVATION IN TOTAL. You may need to wait for other guests who are also using this service.We will need to know your airline, flight number, arrival date and time. Please also specify if you are arriving at Ataturk airport or Sabiha Gocken airport AND if you wish to use the PRIVATE pick up service or the SHUTTLE pick up. Please email us this information at least 24 hours before you are due to arrive. At ATATURK airport, please meet at the Tourism Information desk. Please DO NOT go with anyone unless they have a sign with your name on it (some people may say they are from the airport shuttle service- do not believe them, this is a trick!) Alternatively, from Ataturk airport, take the airport bus shuttle (the Havas bus) or tramway-metro to Aksaray. From there take another tram to Sultanahmet. (the tram runs from 06.00 in the morning to 23.30 in the night). Follow the directions below once you get off the tram.From Sabiha Gocken airport, you can also take the shuttle bus to Taksim . The bus leaves at 0500 and 0600 and also every half hour between 18.00-23.00. From 23.00-1.00 there may be an additional service every half an hour. From Taksim, you can take a taxi to our hostel or take the metro to Kabatas and then tram to go to Sultanhamet. Follow the directions below, once you get off the tram. Visit the Havas website for more details.By bus- take the tram to Aksaray. From there you need to cross the main road via the pedestrian subway (which is underneath the road). After you exit the subway, you will see another tram line opposite you, called Yusuf Pasa. Take the tram to Sultanahmet. Make sure you are going in the right direction! Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Get off the tram and walk downhill. You will see a Tourist Information office. They are open in the daytime and they can help direct you to the guesthouse. If not, walk through the park towards the Blue Mosque. Pass in front of the Blue Mosque on your right. Walk down the road - you will see the Blue Hotel (MAVI EV) on the corner. Turn right at the Mavi Ev. Take the first road on the left. You will see numerous carpet shops. Walk down and then take the first road on the left and then the first right- you will see the Bahaus Guesthouse sign. In case you have any problems, please phone us and we will come and get you. By train- take the tram opposite the station to Sultanahmet and then follow the directions given above. By boat- when you arrive at Karakoy, walk across Galata Bridge and take the tram to Sultanahmet.Don't be misled by offers of alternative accommodation- there are many people working on commission... who can take you to unpleasant accommodation!
