"Largest room we had in Italy although the most uncomfortable bed ( not too bad though) great staff-very helpful great location with access to ferry boat and train to nearby Portofino, santa margarita, and cinque terra areas great restuarants and the best gelataria and view of the med." — source Venere

"Our friends had made a reserve trough an other web because yours only admitted one room,and had their reservation code confirmed but there wasn't a room for them, so we slept altogether in the same room with two added beds (we are two couples)as the hotel was full." — source Venere
