"Problems with their heating system, not replacing their ""plastic"" cups in the bathrooms( I guess you are suppose to keep the same cups for the length of your stay) and of course no working light bulbs in order to read at night( they must be conserving electricity) would definitely keep this word traveller away from this location." — source Travelocity
