  • Overall: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum." source Orbitz

"This was a pretty good hotel - 1 block from the tube, and the rooms are small but everything you needed was there (minus a hotel safe), and there were american outlets." source Travelocity

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn and will stay here again on our next trip to London." source Expedia

"Overall, this is a perfect location for a vist to a great city." source Orbitz

"I would definately recommend this hotel, just keep in mind that the rooms are small but the price is just right." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"Our room had a refrigerator and a hot pot so we could easily make instant coffee and oatmeal for breakfast - saving us a ton of money over seven days, The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a great view (from our side of the hotel)." source Travelocity

"Rooms were small, but clean, well kept and quiet." source Expedia

"The next day the room service lady knock the door, we told her our problem, she requested us to call the reception first, after explaining to her, she said our request only be deliver when they come over to clean the room." source Travelocity

"We did have to wait until almost 6 o'clock to check in because prior residents checked out late and room needed cleaning, but the staff apologized profusely and gave us free drink tokens." source Travelocity

"We never actually ate in the restaurants because we were running around, but they appeared pleasing and clean." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"but if you want to stay in, the room service is exceptional (and very affordable) and so is the hotel's breakfast buffet." source Travelocity

"Rooms are modern and good size for London; lobby is modern, many services, staff is very professional." source Travelocity

"But much of the service was rude or surly. I tried to order room service late at night." source Travelocity

"maid service is average -- sometimes they'd remember the bath mat, sometimes they'd forget." source Travelocity

"Finally, I went to the bar and asked what one had to do to get service." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.6 out of 5

"Problems with their heating system, not replacing their ""plastic"" cups in the bathrooms( I guess you are suppose to keep the same cups for the length of your stay) and of course no working light bulbs in order to read at night( they must be conserving electricity) would definitely keep this word traveller away from this location." source Travelocity

"Although the rooms were small by American standards, the hotel could not have been located more conveniently for access to all of London due to the Tube being one block away." source Travelocity

"Good location, close to tube and buses as well as several breakfast eateries - breakfast is not included and at the hotel it is grossly overpriced." source Expedia

"Walking distance to Kensington Park and museums." source Expedia

"Great location however the hotel is too big to provide any real personal attention which if visiting London, then you need some sort of attention at one time or another." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"I've stayed at nicer hotels within walking distance of this hotel, and while the other places do not offer the peace of mind of a major hotel chain, they do offer bigger rooms and bath rooms and quick elevators for almost the same price." source Travelocity

"I can only imagine what an hour on my cell phone will cost for that lengthy international call which yet again offered no hope of any resolve." source Travelocity

"My ""upgraded"" room which cost me an extra $70 per night was smaller than any American hotel room I have ever stayed in." source Travelocity

"Perfect for a couple or family of 3 to stay at for this location and price." source Travelocity

"Nice neighborhood Judged on price, convenience, cleanliness." source Travelocity
