The Country Resort - Restaurant Bosco della Spina is located 20 km south of Siena, at the border between Maremma's woods and "crete senesi", in the heart of eno-gastronomic tours and surrounded from the most beautiful cities of art of Tuscany. In a wonderful part of Siena's area uncontaminated and peaceful Bosco della Spina has been designed from the owner architects to enjoying the view of Crevole's valley and the old litlle town of Murlo. In the old cellar, in the covered terraces with pergola and in the particularly comfortable and relaxing restaurant hall with central fireplace the very good cuisine, that follows with great care the classic recipes of good tuscun and sienese families and use products of the kitchen garden and hen-pen of the near farm, can be tasted with a very good wine (180 labels just from Tuscany). You can relax in the silence of swimming pool, on the terraces, in the gardens enjoying the wonderful panorama. At Bosco della Spina you will find also a wine tasting hall, a smoking and reading room and 2 conference rooms (for 30 and 100 people) to combine a relaxing stay with a business meeting. The renovation has maintained, or better has enhanced, the optimal South-East exposure, of the whole complex: every apartment has both a view of the large valley, of the "Crete Senesi", and of the characteristic little Medieval town "borgo" of Lupompesi. The contrast between these two views is underline by the fact that the windows of the rooms that open on the little town are small and the ones of the living rooms facing the valley are wide and are frequently shaped like an arch, giving the sense of being in an arcade. All the interior decoration has been purposely designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible, for its esthetics and for its practicality: the furniture was made for us by Tuscan artisans, experts of ancient techniques, based on our exclusive design. The joining of the old traditions with raw materials of ancient flavor in a simple and linear style has brought to an extremely sober and at the same time elegant environment. Particular attention was given to the lighting system that with a game of lights can create different atmospheres at the discretion of guest. RestaurantRestaurant, obtained from old cellar, differentiates itself whether for furnishings or management choices. It conserves original wooden girders and typical fireplace for cooking on the flame, in interior decoration, imagination is free from schemes, but cherish the agrarian soul of essential. Table-cloths are unusual and crystal wine glasses are desecrated from rusticity of earthenware; lights, directed on each couple of table companions, create a tete-a-tete atmosphere. On the terraces, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama and relax in the silence of tuscan coutryside. Cuisine follows with great care the classic recipes of good tuscan and sienese families. The hotel uses vegetables just from the kitchen garden, meats and preserved meats come from a local butcher, cheese come from a farm producing just biological pecorino cheese. Like this, the seasonally and genuineness of ingredients are assured.
