More information on Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort
One of the best resorts in Kenya with an excellent reputation and 200 metres of beautiful beach front, the longest seafront on the north coast of Mombasa. The resort is set amongst 22 acres of tropical gardens, swaying palm trees and swimming pools. The main outdoor swimming pool is huge and stretches out into different directions with shallow parts suitable for children. There is a water sports shop and office where guests can organise snorkelling and scuba diving. A children's club is available as is a baby sitting service. A variety of entertainment is on show every night. There are a number of sunbathing areas on the beach and around the resort - drinks and snacks can be ordered by the pool. Lastly, a spa has been recently added with Ayurvedic and western treatments. (TO/1208) A beach front property, the resort is spread out over 22 acres of landscaped gardens. Three storeys high in some accommodation blocks, the buildings are painted bright white with many of the blocks right on the sand beaches. Sitting directly on Bamburi Beach, Whitesands Resort is located north of Mombasa city and 25 km from Mombasa Airport.
