More information on WINCHESTER ROYAL HOTEL

There is easy access into the city via Winchester Rail Station or by the M3 Motorway. Other attractions in the local area are Jane Austins House, Winchester Cathedral and Legoland.(DB 10/08) This is a traditional white-wash hotel with lantern and flower baskets. It was built in the 15th century and it has been a bishop's house, a convent and, since 1870, a hotel. The hotel also has a private patio and garden with a seating area. The hotel is located just a hundred yards from the town centre, in a quiet backwater. The hotel is close to the famous cathedral and Winchester's most historic attractions.
