Iria Mare Hotel Apartments

This is a family run resort style hotel in a beautiful natural setting and quite away from the crowds. It is ideal for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday together with easy access to historical Nafplio and ancient Epidavros, who are within driving distance (EP 04/07) The hotel is made of a white main building block and many maisonette style buildings of four to eight apartments, connected via footpaths among nice green gardens. There is a large pool and recreation area near the main complex, and a basketball/tennis court, a 5 a side soccer field, mini golf and a host of other fields for sporting activities. A safe underpass will take you across the usually quiet road to the beach area directly in front of the hotel. In the quiet seaside village of Iria, in front of the tranquil sea. Historical Nafplio is 20km away, easily accessible via a scenic route that will take you through traditional Greek villages, colourful fields and tree lined roads, over the hills and with the gulf of Argolis always visible by the roadside.

From Athens Airport (ATH): Distance to the Iria Mare Hotel Apartments is 187 kilometres, approximately 150 minutes' drive. Getting there. The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by hire car or taxi, which costs approximately 130 EUR. Getting around. A car is advisable for exploring the surrounding area. Driving directions. From the airport, follow the Attiki Odos route and head in the direction of Elefsina Tripolis. After about two and a half hours, turn right at the Sterna Interchange towards Argos and Nafplio. Come off the highway, pass through Argos and Nafplio and follow the road towards Drepano. Pass through Vivari and the beach village of Candia and come to Iria Beach, the site of the hotel.
