"we stayed at the enclave suites september 2008 for 3 weeks, everything about the hotel was great, the staff were fantastic and friendly, we had our room cleaned every day plus clean linen, the 2 pools were great, plus you have a free all u can eat buffet every thursday in pizza hut located in the hotel, we couid not fault the hotel hope to stay again in 2009." — source Travelocity

"Looking at the photos you would think you are getting a nice clean 2 bedroom suite, however when you arrive instead of a nice hotel, it's like a motel, with no quality, low budget, the room is about the size of 10x11 with a full size bed and a let out couch with no walking room in between." — source Travelocity

"This hotel was awesome, we stayed in one of their first floor 2 bedroom suites and the kids loved the sponge bob room, we loved the pools and so did the kids, it is 4 minutes away from universal and only 10 to 15 from Disney, wet n wild is a few steps away and so are the premium outlets like coach and Nike, very quiet and cozy, wish there was more than pizza on their room service menu but i love pizza hut so." — source Travelocity

"I was disappointed because we got the name of a place to rent a car from Guest Services and we ended up getting our car late and it put us 2 1/2 hours behind for out trip to the beach. "I've also read the negatives, but the positives are a plus such as cost, location, clean rm and comfortable bed. Bathrm remodeled plenty of fresh towels, appliances a little old, but working fine, We enjoyed the hot tub and excercise equip, plenty of ice and hot water, air conditioner a little noisy, we would stay at Enclave again which is within walking distance to shops, casual dining and Univerasal Studios on a sunny day." — source Travelocity
