You can rent them directely here just telling us few days ahead.Charming and typical country villas and apartment surrounded by a marvellous countryside of Tuscany.The Farm of Palazzo di Piero is a big and historical farm, located 12 Km form Montepulciano in the middle of one of the most beautiful part of Tuscany..Hills, wine-yards and olive trees surround our magnificent Castle dated 15th Century and the nearby Farm-Houses in which we accommodate our guests.All our farm-houses have great charme and character and amazing views, and most of all private green areas where you can relax.We rent:-Bedrooms as Bed&Breakfast with double bedrooms ensuite and double bedrooms with shared bathroom. (listed in the website as Double Room)-Two farm houses for 6-7-8-9 or 10 people, composed of 5 double bedrooms and 2/3 bathrooms; a kitchen with dishwasher and a large living room with huge fireplace; (listed in the website as 6-7-8-9 private and San Bernardo House for 10people)- One house for 4 people, composed of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace (listed in the website as a 4 private)-One two-roomed apartment for 2 composed of one double bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen/living room. (listed in the website as a Twin private San Bernardino House)The farm-houses are all few meters away from the 10x20 meters swimming pool, and from the Castle.Palazzo di Piero is a perfect starting point to visit in every direction: Montepulciano and Pienza at just 12 Km; Siena at 80 Km (1 hour by car or by train); Umbria at 15 Km; Rome (1 hour and a half by car or by train); Florence 1 hour and a half by car or by train); Perugia at 1 hour by car or by train, and much more.The nearest towns are Chianciano (with famous thermal water and spa) at 4 Km, Sarteano (at 6 Km) and the Etruscan town of Chiusi at 9 Km. In Chiusi there is a train station well connected to Rome, Siena, Florence, Perugia.To have a car or scooters is suggested so that you don't miss all the beautiful sites around. You can rent them in front of the train station or directely at our Farm. In case you mostly want to enjoy our Farm you can rent bikes from us.We produce great and cheap Chianti wine and olive oil in the farm that you can taste and purchase.You can do great walks in the 250 hectares of our Farm, horse ride, fish in the pools and lake of the Farm, enjoy the swimming pool, cook your barbecue, and relax in the beautiful nature of Tuscany!NOTE: We are the same owners of Fattoria di Cavaglioni in Siena! Directions
BY CAR:From the Highway A1 exit at 'Chiusi-Chianciano';Take direction Chianciano and after about 4 Km turn left in the gravel road going down with trees on both side, that leads to our Farm.By TRAIN:The train station is in Chiusi, at 9 Km from our farm.Chiusi is well connected by train from Rome, Florence, Perugia, Siena, etc.From the station you can take a taxi to the Fattoria Palazzo di Piero.BY BUS from Chiusi Train Station: Take the bus to Chianciano, ask the driver to stop at Palazzo di Piero (just few meters after the dancing Bussola In). The bus stop is at the beginning of the gravel road with trees on both sides that leads to the Farm of Palazzo di Piero: you would have to walk for 1 Km. This is not suggested if you don't have a not too heavy backpack!
