  • Overall: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"Overall, this is a great hotel." source Orbitz

"I do recommend taking the train from the airport to Stazione Trastevere (only 10 E), where you can easily either grab a cab or take the pullman - which stops right in front of the hotel in the piazza." source Venere

"Sergio was extremely helpful in getting us settled and getting us around Rome I would recommended this place in a heart beat." source Travelocity

"General service in the hotel was pretty poor overall from the reception to the minimal and slow breakfast service." source Venere

"I don’t recommend this hotel, and would warn you that onlin travel website laints about this matter due to their inability to contact a hotel manager that was never in trying to avoid getting involved." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 4.8 out of 5

"This hotel is brand new, and after staying in rat traps in Milan and Florence my wife and I were ecstatic to get to our rooms and see how huge they were, brand new, spotlessly clean, and just really nice." source Venere

"This hotel is brand new, immaculate and kept to a very high standard." source Venere

"Gold-trimming,clean windows, and bright lights make this hotel standout & made us feel safe." source Travelocity

"Our clean and spacious room was a lovely treat to return to after a long day of excursions." source Travelocity

"Surrounding neighborhood was also shabby, not a clean appearance." source Venere

  • Service: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"This hotel, even though it was not exactly central, was linked by the excellent tram service." source Venere

"Great location, easy access to transportation, pleasant, helpful staff." source Venere

"The service was exceptional - everyone was very friendly and accommodating." source Travelocity

"To sum it up, great value, great service, great location, GREAT HOTEL." source Travelocity

"They still insisted on charging me for the service." source Venere

  • Location: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"This place is a gem hidden in the trastevere area, right in front of the hotel you have a tram and bus stop which either mode takes you downtown, never used the metro in 6 days we were there." source Venere

"The staff at the hotel were charming, breakfast was very good and although the location could seem off putting its ideal for quick access to central Rome and local resturants and bars." source Venere

"Although the Trastevere area is away from the tourist sites in Rome, the train connection is a very short walk from the hotel and was very convenient for our sightseeing tours. There are many very good restaurants within walking distance and they do not charge the higher prices that you would find in the heart of the tourist areas." source Travelocity

"The location is within walking distance of the quaint Trastevere area with its narrow, cobblestone streets and good assortment of restaurants. Taking the tram or the bus is' however, a must to reach the more centrally located areas of interest." source Travelocity

"The hotel is located in the outskirts of Rome but because of this it has larger rooms and a larger bathroom. And the surrounding area restaurants are more moderately priced." source Venere

  • Value: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"Staff exceptional (particularly reception), very good room for price and excellent location with easy access to Rome via tram / metro /bus stop metres outside hotel door." source Venere

"All in all, what it lacks in location it makes up for in its price (even after factoring in some cab rides, street cars and/or buses." source Venere

"For health concious travellers a good deal." source Travelocity

"Still, a great value for the price." source Travelocity

  • Room: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"After 10 minutes they finally got my room ready and I was able to check in. When I did get to the room I was surprised that it was no bigger thn about 10x12." source Venere
