Located in the small town of Empire, Colorado, The Peck House is perfectly situated as the gateway to the Rockies. Within an hour of Empire, are found Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Loveland Ski Areas. Denver, on the other hand, is only 45 minutes away. Many historic districts and attractions are in the immediate vicinity, as well as the gambling casinos of Black Hawk and Central City. Built in 1862, the Victorian rooms of the Colorado hotel abound with antiques, some original. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. No television of telephones are in the rooms. A jacuzzi is available instead to help the guests unwind. The Signature Restaurant of the owner chef is considered one of the finest in Colorado with an extensive menu of beef, seafood, game and historic dishes as well as nightly chefs creations. complimentary . outdoor parking.. continental breakfast served daily .
