"and thats it's out of order 2)I called the front desk after taking my bags up to my room as i was waiting to speak to someone in regards to the accomodations i was called by a staff memeber HEY YOUR SISTER IS ON THE PHONE so i felt some rasical profile going on 3)I came down stairs the next moring to get coffee and the pool was filled with water so i asked again can we use the pool i was told to ask for The Manager by the name of Chris so i called chris and he said there was something wrong." — source Hotels.com
