  • Clean: Rating of 4.6 out of 5

"Room smelt like was closed for ages and toilet wasn't very clean." source Venere

  • Service: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"The location was not where we expected the hotel to be as it is actually on the road to Salerno and not in Ravello as described - it is therefore a €15 taxi from Amalfi and a €25 taxi from Ravello - there is a courtesy bus but the opportunity to access seems to depend on who you are as the staff do not offer it as a service and seem offended when asked about it." source Venere
