More information on Barrington House
Barrington House is an Edwardian guest house located in quiet cul-de-sac close to the race course, rail station and city centre. All rooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated and well equipped with colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, clock radio and hair dryer. A choice English or continental breakfast is provided in our spacious dining room. We are totally non-smoking and do not accommodate stag or hen parties as our main customer base is couples and families to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay.IMPORTANT:'Please contact the Hotel if you will arrive later than 8pm'

From the A64 take the second sign for York, marked York west A1036, follow to city centre, past race course to traffic lights. Through first traffic lights to second set and turn right into Scarcroft road, then second right into Nunthorpe Avenue.We are a 10/15 minutes walk from the station or approx ?3.00 in taxi.
