Outrigger Fairway Villas feature deluxe town home condominiums in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island.Located adjacent to the Waikoloa Beach Resort Beach Golf Course and nearby Waikoloa Resorts Kings' Golf Course, Outrigger Fairway Villas guests receive special discounted rates at both courses. Also located nearby are the upscale Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace offering exclusive boutiques, galleries and both casual and fine dining restaurants. Guests of Outrigger Fairway Villas check in at the Outrigger Condominium Collection guest service office in the Kings' Shops, located in building B on the second level, across from the stage. Outrigger Fairway Villas front desk is open daily from 8am until 10pm. Any guests arriving after that time should contact Outrigger Fairway Villas on the day of arrival so alternate arrangements can be made. We highly recommend that guests rent a car. Complimentary parking is available for all units, on site at Outrigger Fairway Villas.
