Located on Manhattan's Upper East Side, this hotel is 1 mile from Central Park in one direction, Carnegie Hall in another direction, and the United Nations in a third direction. The hand-painted lobby and two-story entryway reflect the building's Art Deco history. This hotel has 40 apartment-style guestrooms on 12 floors. Guest laundry facilities are located on site, and there is a 24-hour doorperson on staff. A complimentary continental breakfast is available to guests staying for fewer than seven days. The hotel does not offer parking.

Cancellation Policy

-360 hours, Rates are subject to 13.375% tax and occupancy charge of $2 per room. 2 nights plus tax penalty if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival. 25% downpayment will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation, balance is due upon arrival. NO SHOW or the same day cancellation will result in 100% penalty
