Disney's Sequoia Lodge

Inspired by America's vast national parks, Disney's Sequoia Lodge is a large, modern hotel just five minutes away by shuttle bus from the Disney Parks and Disney Village. The hotel's 1011 guestrooms are brightly decorated with dark wood furniture and all feature cable television with the Disney Channel, storytelling radios, direct dial phones, ceiling fans, minibars, air conditioning, in room safes, housekeeping and complimentary toiletries. Guests can start their day with a complimentary continental breakfast; hot dishes are also available on request for an additional fee. For lunch and evening meals, guests can choose between American sized portions of grilled and spit roasted dishes in Hunter's Grill, or international dishes in the Beaver Creek Tavern, a family restaurant themed around the great American National Parks. Vegetarian dishes and children's menus are also available. Children can experience a Meet n' Greet and have their photo taken with their favourite Disney Characters, and splash around in the hotel's indoor and outdoor swimming pools which feature waterfalls and slides. For an additional fee, sporty kids can also sharpen up their football skills with Manchester United Soccer School. There is a Disney Shop on site for gifts and souvenirs, and after a day of excitement, guests can relax with a cocktail in the bar and lounge with its large open fireplace, deep leather armchairs and selection of board games. The hotel has a 24 hour front desk with multilingual staff along with a concierge desk, currency exchange, safe deposit box and wireless Internet access. The VEA shuttle bus service can takes guests to and from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports for an additional fee. Services run every 20 minutes during peak hours, from 8.30 AM to 7.45 PM. Tickets cost around 14 EUR and 12 EUR for children (aged 3 to 11) for a single trip; children under 3 travel free. By public transport from Paris, take the RER line A. The trip takes about 35 minutes; visitors should alight at Marne la Vall�e/Chessy station, which is 100 metres from the entrance of the Disney Parks. From the hotel, a Disneyland Resort Paris shuttle service (yellow buses) takes guests to and from the Disney Parks and Disney Village. This service is free of charge and runs seven days a week between 6.30 AM and 11 PM (or 1 AM when Disneyland Park closes at 11 PM). Frequency: every 12 minutes. The best way to get around the Park is on foot, although horse drawn carriages are also available.
