    "when i arrive in a hotel i got my key ,i go to my room and when i came back from dinner ,i can no open my room ,the employe on a front desk ,have to call securite for open my room i have to wait 1hour ,before he check my id and my credit card very embarassed and my rom was pay before i get in a hotel ,very ineducate people ,low class very bad." source Hotels.com
