Sister property of the chic boutique Avalon Hotel, Maison 140 offers a modern French design mixed with Far East elements, where guests are welcome and well treated. Approximately 30 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport. 20 minutes from Santa Monica Pier beaches, UCLA, and Getty Center.As of September 1st 2007 the Maison 140 hotel in Beverly Hills will be a Non-Smoking hotel. There will be a non-smoking policy enforced and to accommodate our smoking guests we have designated an outdoor area for smoking.
