"I stayed over the balloon fiesta weekend and reserved a suite, I was told the room was not clean and to check back in an hour, after an hour past I went back and was told it still wasn't clean and to check back in another hour, I gave them two hours and called before driving back from Old Town,when I called the front desk couldn't find my reservation and said I didn't have a reservation even when I gave him the confirmation number, finally he found it and told me the room was still not clean, after waiting until almost until 6pm the room was ready, I had a suite but the noise from the freeway was not worth the stay or the trouble I went through to get the room." — source Travelocity
