"terrible service air france lost my baggage, after 12 h. the baggage was at the hotel but nobody says to me "your baggage is here" after 4 days with ther same clothes i went to airport and the baggage service says "your baggage is at the hotel" i get another taxy to get my baggage and the hotel does'nt want to rembouse the taxy." — source Venere
