Resort setting, one story classic motor inn, richly restored featuring 70 guest rooms including 4 suites. The Inn Marin features mission style architecture. The Inn Marin is owned and operated by the Marshall family and we have just completed a two million-dollar renovation, lovingly restored the charm of yesteryear. The lobby and breakfast room features terra cotta tiles, a gas fireplace and original paintings. Our pool and spa area is situated in the midst of one acre of lawn with large liquid amber, oaks, magnolias, and orange trees. Complimentary continental breakfast provided, large outdoor pool, garden patio, meeting facilities for indoor events up to 100 and outdoor up to 250, and excellent parking. Guest rooms are equipped with data-ports, voicemail, two line speaker phones, AM/FM clock radios, 25' televisions with cable, iron and ironing boards. Ideal location off Hwy 101 and Hwy 37 - at Ignacio Blvd exit near shopping, restaurants, and only minutes to major attractions like San Francisco, Sausalito, Six Flags, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods, Napa/Sonoma Wine Country, Stone Tree Golf Course and Sears Point Raceway. Maximum of 2 pets per room and a 20.00USD charge per pet covers up to 6 days. If someone is staying for an extended period the charge is 40.00USD per week per pet. If pets are left in the room unattended they must be crated. The Inn has a small supply of kennels for rental at 5.00USD per day. The Inn has 3 dog pot stations on property and pet owners are responsible for removal of all pet waste from grounds. Guests will be responsible for cleaning or replacement of any damaged property in room.
