Castle Hill RestaurantYour dining experience at Castle Hill Resort and Spa will be nothing short of spectacular. Executive Chef Alphonsus Harris will delight your taste buds with his French influenced American cuisine. For breakfast, dinner or a special event, The Castle's cuisine is truly something to behold. Local, fresh produce and quality meats can be found on the menu each evening. The subtle chime of the grandfather clock and the opulent glow of the wood lined dining room, and the understated music lend themselves to a perfect dining experience. Our private dining room is available for groups while the oval shaped dining room and the billiard room are perfect for more intimate dinners. Reservations are recommended.Open seven days a week. Breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00am. Dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm (final bookings at 8:00pm).
