Policies:

A security deposit of $250 on a credit card or $1,000 in cash will be required at check-in for incidental charges. Deposits will be returned 30 days after departure if damages or losses did not occur. All fees are subject to change.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special Check-In Instructions:

Guests must check in at the offices of American Vacation Homes located five miles from Downtown Disney? area, then travel to their vacation home, located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World? Resort.
Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM-7 PM. Guests arriving after 7 PM or on Sunday will find a packet in the lock box, located at the office entrance. To open box press II and IV at the same time, release, press III, then turn the silver latch to right and open the door at the same time while holding the silver latch.

Guests must report to the office on the next working day to complete registration.CLEANING FEE: IF STAYING LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS, THERE IS A 1 TIME CLEANING FEE OF $80.25. THIS FEE IS NOT PER NIGHT; 1 TIME FEE ONLY!!!! FEE TO BE COLLECTED ON-SITE.
