"However, several problems: the room was not vaccuumed properly when we arrived, for some reason the room gathered heat in the night when we had the heat turned off (had to open the window to keep the temperature constant); you can hear the elevators at night as they travel the 25 stories; it would have been cheaper to park elswhere as the parking fee they charge is ridiculous ($20 per day); and if you and your spouse want to relax and watch a movie on TV, you have to go down to the reservations desk get a DVD player, search through their outdated DVD to watch, then take it all upstairs and try to figure out how to plug the darn thing in and make it work." — source Hotels.com
