Marie-Anns-Houseboat is only a ten minutes walk from Centraal Station. Yet, as it is tied up alongside a dead end road, it is an oasis of rest compared with the inner-city. You can relax quietly rocking on the water after a hectic day in our beautiful town.We offer two double rooms, each with two single beds that can be put together. There is a shared toilet and shower, a kitchen with microwave, gas cooker and we offer free coffee or tea. It's like renting your own apartement in Amsterdam. Every room has TV, radio/CD player and safe-deposit. Sitting on the roof of the Marie-Anns Hosueboat/Deo Volente you have a beautiful view over the old city.CHECK OUT: BEFORE 10.30CHECK IN: BETWEEN 11.00 AND 14.00If you wish to check in at a different time we need to know at least one day before your arrival.There is no curfew and smoking is allowed.
Directions
By plane:Take the train to the central station.By Eurolines (bus):Take the train from the Amstel Station to the central station.Walk through the passage in the central station to the north side .Cross the road to the side where the ferries ply and turn right ( east ). You will walk to the MUZIEK GEBOUW (Concert Hall ) on top of the bridge over the Oosterdok. There you will find a pedestrian crossing. Recross the road by the crossing and 50 yds. to your right ( back towards the station ) you will see a lift and adjacent staircase. Descent the stairs. Follow the road under the rail road bridge. Turn left with the road. After 250 metres you will see the Deo Volente (the second ship).NEW!! NEW!!You can also take the tram number 26 from central station to the Muziek Gebouw ( only one stop further )!!
