  • Overall: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"I highly recommend this hotel." source Orbitz

"Although location was good, hotel public areas OK, staff helpful, buffet breakfast good, thought our room was very disapointing - it was behind the lift shaft, and looked out on a ventilation shaft, complete with noisy pipes, and no idea of weather conditions as you couldn't even see one glimpse of sky, even if you stuck your head out of the window." source Venere

"Despite this less than stellar welcome, I have recommended this hotel to other cruisers, because the rooms are clean and modern, and the location is ideal for tourists, within walking distance to many of Barcelona's attractions, and the subway for those not in walking distance was only a block away." source Venere

"Overall, this is not an outstanding 4* hotel, but if you get the right room it is very pleasant and the area is nice, a 10 minute stroll to Placa Catalunya." source Venere

"Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others, although many less expensive places are available in Barcelona." source Venere

  • Clean: Rating of 4.6 out of 5

"The room had a safe, full bath and was kept clean at all times." source Orbitz

"Rooms and bath were clean and comfortable." source Hotels.com

"The hotel was clean and the lobby was beautiful - but the rooms were very small." source Expedia

  • Service: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Hotel Service was friendly with good command of English." source Hotels.com

"It was a little more expensive than some of our other experiences in Europe, but from a comparison standpoint, worth the extra $ for the pool and customer service, and definitely a bargain compared to other hotels in the area." source Venere

"5 star hotel so well located, in a wounderful building but with poor charm, poor service (no room service and no space in the room) except breakfast." source Venere

  • Location: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"There are plenty of outdoor cafes and tapas bars right in the area and the rooms are some of the biggest we have stayed in while in Europe." source Venere

"The view at the top and the location was amazing though." source Expedia

"The hotel was generally ok-the rooms were fine, breakfast was pretty good, location just as we wanted and most of the staff were friendly." source Venere

"Very friendly welcome, hotel is ideally located near shopping, restaurants, and many of the city's attractions." source Venere

"Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a pleasant area of London." source Venere

  • Value: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"Also, although the room was comfortable, it was in no way exceptional, which we had hoped it would be given the cost and description." source Venere

"Breakfast was not included but the price was reasonable (126 Euro)." source Venere

"Also, the breakfast wasn't included and cost 16 euro for an average breakfast." source Venere

"The room was miniscule--certainly NOT worth the price." source Venere

  • Room: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"One observation: a) room's window on an internal, dark environment." source Venere
