"dirty carpet & doors, smelly & dirty bathroom, hidden money was missing after the room was tidied up, incompetent receptionist (spoke French only, no advice after I reported stolen money), several fire alarms between 2 & 3:30 am, the last two unnecessary, the receptionist couldn't reset the alarm system." — source Venere
