-48 hours, If the guest cancels the reservation 48 hours before the check-in (12.00 midday on the arrival day) there will be no charges. When the guest cancels less than 48 hours in advanced or there is a no show, the Hotel will charge the first night.

Directions

From Ibiza Airport (IBZ): Distance to Hotel Tropical is 18 kilometres, approximately 25 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis wait outside the airport terminal, and cost approximately 25 EUR to San Antonio. Official taxis always have a meter. Private airport minibuses are available for groups of over 4 people. Bus number nine runs directly from the airport to San Antonio. Alternatively, the Ibiza Airport bus and bus number 10 runs from outside Arrivals to Ibiza Town approximately every 30 minutes. Journey time is between 20 and 30 minutes and the fare is 1.20 EUR. From Ibiza, bus number 3 departs for San Antonio. Prices are subject to change. Getting around. San Antonio is best explored by taxi or on foot. A car is useful for exploring the island's less touristy areas. Scooters are available for hire at most resorts. The island's extensive bus service connects the main resorts to popular beaches. 'Disco Buses' run to the major clubs between midnight and 6 a.m. Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding. Regular ferries run between Ibiza and Formentera.
