In the hands of the Gauer family since the 1961, the Auberge du Raisin inherited and is committed to two great traditions: Welcome and Gastronomy. Peter Hasler explains why: We have always tried to maintain the Raisins soul and to offer our clients the warmest welcome by keeping our best elements throughout the years. For example, Giacomo Custodero, our head-waiter, has been working here since 1961 and has mastered the art of our ancestral rotisserie a long time ago! He is the soul of the house and knows it probably better than anyone else.
