Grandview is a magnificent heritage listed mansion originally built in the 1870's and extended in 1901, situated in the heart of historic Dunedin. Our elevated location & Large deck allows us to boast the grandest views of Otago harbour, Dunedin City and its scenic surroundings. We here at the Grandview promise to provide you with a quiet comfortable stay in a homely Bed and Breakfast environment. Continental Breakfast, Internet Access from in house PC are all included FREE as part of the Grandview Experience. We all so have Laundry Facilities and a state of the art Sauna & Wireless Internet Access on request.There are seven stylish individually decorated bedrooms within all price brackets at the historically listed Grandview Bed and Breakfast. Here at the Grandview, we promise to provide you with a quiet, comfortable stay in a homely bed and breakfast environment. Dunedin�s International Casino, trendy cafes, wonderful shopping, exquisite restaurants, raging nightlife and bars are a mere 10-15 minute stroll away!
Directions
Grandview is 450 metres or about 1/4 of a mile from the main Post Office and the Casino and about 1 km or 2/3 of a mile from the railway station and bus depot. The main street in Dunedin is Princes St. and the Casino is on the corner of Princes Street & High Street. We are 450 metres up from the Casino on the corner of High & Grant Sts.We have Free Internet Access & tea /Coffe making facilities to make your stay that much more comfortable.
