Welcome to the Inn at Jim Thorpe. Our hotel, painstakingly and lovingly restored, recalls that high flying era of gaslights and horse-drawn carriages, black diamonds and victorian opulence. Built in the 1840's, it has provided comfort to some of the 19th century's most influential and colorful people. It is said General Grant, President Taft, Buffalo Bill, Thomas Edison, and John D. Rockefeller have all passed through our doors. The inn is located in the heart of the historic village of Jim Thorpe, PA. Our village offers a wide variety of activities, from mountain biking and whitewater rafting to historic mansion and museum tours.
