The Cascade RoomThe Cascade Room, at Skamania Lodge, features regional fine dining serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with an incredible view of the Columbia River and the Cascade Range. Our menu features bountiful Northwest seasonal cuisine that is centered around our wood-fired oven. Potlach salmon, smoked pork loin, and roast prime rib of Angus Beef are just a few of the items that are featured on the menu. Enjoy our Friday night Gorge Harvest Buffet or Sunday Champagne Brunch. Inspired by the Great National Park Lodges of the Northwest, the dining room has an open festive feeling with wood and iron highlights, and a floor that dates back over 200 years.
