  • Overall: Rating of 3.0 out of 5

"Overall great spot and location. The service at the restaurants were lacking and overall service was not that great." source Orbitz

"Overall, quite ok, except for a mandatory $10/per person/day fee for maid service, etc." source Priceline

"Room was a dump, poor hotel security and overall presentation of facility was run down, I will not stay here again." source Travelocity

"Overall the trip was awesome." source Orbitz

"I felt absolutely unsafe in the area and would never stay there again." source Priceline

  • Clean: Rating of 3.2 out of 5

"The Wyndham has what we needed - a nice time, a nice beach, and though it's not spotless, we had a clean room, in a safe environment." source Orbitz

"It was clean and comfortable, well located, and worked well as either simply a base of operations for ones' vacation, or even a good place to hang out and relax." source Priceline

"The bathroom is small and wasn't pristine clean: there were even women's hair on walls and shower floor upon arrival; the towels are small, worn out ant with a 30% polyester content." source Travelocity

"Nassau Palm Hotel was clean, but much of the amenities leave something to be desired." source Priceline

"There were trash bags in the hall, staff was awful there is a extra $12 a day charge for maid service (even if the maid doesn't clean your room, which there is no garentee she will." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"The staff was excellent, and were very customer service oriented. Room service was hit & miss." source Priceline

"Food was very tasty, however, service is extremely slow." source Priceline

"Ended up using our beach towels), bad customer service from hotel staff, rooms are pretty gross (and i've stayed at some bad 2 star hotels before) - I killed a mosquito in the bathroom the first time I was in there." source Travelocity

"The hotel manger and front desk attendents are extremly rude, they wouldnt know good customer service skills if it was served to them on a silver platter." source Travelocity

"The service is good if you treat them like people doing their job, complain and you are doomed." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"To make matters worse we were located directly above the hotel nightclub where loud music was blasting into our room all night. The next morning we asked to move to another room in the hotel, and thankfully we were moved to an area well away from the music." source Priceline

"The hotel in a nice area, but they need to do some work in and around the hotel to make it looks more attracting." source Priceline

"a reasonably priced hotel, within walking distance of downtown and easy walking distance to beach and some shops - nassau is a cruse ship port - i think i have finally learned to avoid these places, but if you need a downtown location for ferry connections this is a nice place to stay." source Travelocity

"The people were friendly and very helpful with directions to get around downtown Nassau. Most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance: Downtown, Straw market, Fish Fry for dinner etc." source Travelocity

"The location was okay, but it was not close to any other resort areas." source Priceline

  • Value: Rating of 3.1 out of 5

"Staff was nice, pools where deep but clean and refreshing, resturaunt had good food but overpriced(like all of Nassau) For the money its a good deal and not 5 star resort." source Travelocity

"The breakfast that is included in the room price was continental in style, lots of sweet pastries and muffins." source Travelocity

"Great value for the money, location very good right across from the beach - easy walking to downtown shops." source Travelocity

"The NPR provides a reasonable price, good service, and marvelous cultural convenience." source Travelocity

"Price is not a bargain because they stick on charges like maid service of $* per day." source Travelocity
