"If you have the money it is great but if you are on a budget I would highly recommend that you stay in the US side (be warned that the US side is a national park so not alot of tourist action aside from the casino and the Canada side is total tourist section) and travel into Canada (it cost 3-6 dollars to cross the bridge." — source Travelocity
