"The hotel is in a great location and well kept for such a huge hotel. Our stay was ruined on the day we checked out because one of my friends' suitcase was taken from the reception area and the staff were really unfriendly and unhelpful, they weren't interested at all even though a suitcase with all of someone's belongings had been stolen from their hotel." — source Venere
"Location is not everything. Perfectly located from train station and seafront this hotel is not only run down but clearly struggling to make ends meet as it appears no maintenance has been done for several years." — source Expedia
"The lobby area was extremely shabby, complete with stains and shredding on the upholstered chairs." — source Hotels.com

-
"My stay was not good, the first room I was given was already occupied, the hotel not knowing, the second room was tiny, had no toilet seat and the frames from the window had broken off. So again I was given another room, this room was more acceptable but had leaking air conditioning but by this time I was tired of complaining." — source Venere
"The hotel was filthy and needs a complete refurb the staff was rude, the room looked as if it has never seen a vacuum, the bed linen was a disgrace, I asked for a disabled room for my 87 year old mother, and was given a room without shower facility, expecting a lady of that age to climb into a bath." — source Venere
"When we were out, my daughter, who wasnÂ’t booked into the hotel, asked for our room key and was given it with no questions asked." — source Expedia
"We had 2 rooms for 5 people - one was small (for 2), but one was HUGE for the 3, with a jacuzzi for a bathtub." — source Expedia
"Room was dirty - stains on the floor and chair. Light switch was coming off the well Smell to the room Long wait at reception while the recveptionist could get on the computer (who even said she hated the competer." — source Venere
