Manor House is one of the most popular backpackers in Dunedin. There's nothing "packed-in" about the place, as beds are spread throughout two divine old houses situated next door to each other. Each house has a shared lounge, bathroom, and kitchen areas, and they're set in nice gardens. Clean and tidy seems to be the order of the day. It's especially popular with Germans, Brits, and Israelis.
