Friendly and clean hostel just 20 minutes walk from the historical city centre. Delicious buffet breakfast is included in the overnight price!Explore the Roman remains and wander through the historic medieval shopping galleries that line the streets.Have a freshly brewed coffee in one of the many coffee shops in the city. Go boating on the River Dee or visit the world famous zoo. Further afield, visit the Boat Museum and Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port, the many historic houses of Cheshire, Jodrell Bank Science Centre, and the castles, coast and mountains of north Wales.Or just chill out in our back garden... if you feel like it.We have over 100 beds in private and shared rooms with 2-8 beds.We cannot accept bookings in dormitory accommodation for persons aged between 16-18 without an accompanying adult over the age of 18. People aged between 16- 18 who wish to stay without an adult must book a private room.If you are travelling with a person under the age of 16, who is of the opposite sex, then you must also book a private room, as no one under this age is permitted to stay in a dormitory without an adult.Membership is NOT necessary to stay here!This hostel is part of the Youth Hostels Association of England & Wales, which is a membership organization. The prices quoted are member's prices. A none members supplement of �3 per person per night will be charged on arrival for those guests not in possession of a valid YHA England & Wales or equivalent IYHF/ Hostelling International membership card 24-hour access. Reception open from 07:00 to 23:00.

We are located south west of city centre on A5104 (signposted to Saltney) 350yds from traffic lights on right-hand side.To walk from train/bus station -40min walk through town, recommend a google map! But if you get lost just give us a call and we will be happy to happy to help you find your way.Bus information: Frequent from surrounding areas. Nos. 3,4,4aTaxi - �5 to/from train station.Train information: Chester 1 & 1/2m. National Express: Little St John Street 1m.
