The four floor modern Choromar Apartments complex is built around multiple pools, two of which are open to all guests, and is situated within two kilometres of the beach and the busy bars and restaurants along the Albufeira Strip. The 61 self catering apartments have simple modern decor with red wood furniture and tiled floors and open on to balconies with pool views. All apartments include kitchenettes with stoves and ovens or microwaves (on request), kettles, toasters and refrigerators and open plan living and dining rooms with televisions, direct dial phones and safes. Sun seekers can spend the day bronzing alongside one of the pools or catch a free shuttle bus down to the beach or old town in high season. Active guests can finish up a work out with a relaxing sauna or Turkish bath. In the evenings, sports fans can enjoy pizzas and snacks in the bar while watching the big game on satellite television. Directions

Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; a typical fare is EUR 35 45 to Albufeira. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and Faro city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season. From here guests can catch the fast Tranrapido bus service along the coast to Albufeira. Driving directions: From highway A22 (Lisbon, Spain and Faro airport): Take exit Albufeira. Follow the signs for Albufeira. Pass roundabout (Rotary club) and at second roundabout, turn left. Pass two more roundabouts (watches and worms). On the third (globe), turn left (to Montechoro). Take fourth road to the right (sign Escola E.B 2.3 Pr� Diamantina Negr�o and Choromar). Drive until the end of the road. Do not stop when you see Choromar signs as there are many blocks. Turn left, drive about 30 meters and on the left side you will see a Roman style entrance, which is the reception.
