"Good hotel and convenient shuttle to strip Good hotel, convenient shuttle to strip and close to a CVS." source Priceline

"Great hotel for a short stay and partying. I recommend staying at a hotel on the Strip for longer Vegas visits as you quickly run out of things to do in this hotel and you need a car to get to the Strip." source Travelocity

"Rehab was the best day of my life, this place and hotel is amazing, wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you are expecting to party alot." source Expedia

"Overall the staff was nice, especially in the Dining Hall (24/7 diner) excellent food and the housekeeping was very nice (even though the bathroom and use an extra cleaning on the floors)." source Travelocity

"I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there." source Expedia

  • Clean: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"The music that plays in the hotel is great, never heard a bad song while there not to mention the rock n' roll memorabilia is plastered everywhere and neat to view." source Travelocity

"The room was clean as it could be, considering that the place is a non-stop party and they try to quickly turnover your room to the next guest." source Travelocity

"The cleaning crew decided to competly ignore our room 2 out of the 3 nights so we had a dirty room with no towels." source Travelocity

"Green tea shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap capped off this very clean and large standard room." source Travelocity

"The room we had as guest of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was spaceous, clean and comfortible." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.8 out of 5

"At no other hotel have I had to call guest services so many times, actually I couldn't remember the last time I have ever called guest services prior to the visit to HR." source Travelocity

"We did however feel ripped off a bit at checkout because we were charged an additional $8 per day we were not aware of for concierge service which we never requested." source Travelocity

"The customer service at this hotel is horrible." source Expedia

"The customer service is non-existent." source Expedia

"\n \nThey need to pick up the service if they think they will be able to fill those rooms at the new outrageous rates they consistentally charge." source Travelocity

"The location is not the greatest being off the strip far enough to need a cab." source Orbitz

"The location is not the greatest being off the strip far enough to need a." source Orbitz

"Pool area was nice and different from other hotels pools, but it closed early - 6 PM so after a day of being up and about you couldn't come back to the pool and cool off. Also, if you don't like continuous rock music in casino and pool area constantly this is not the place for you." source Travelocity

"\n\nThe location was horrible, we had to spend an additional $80 to $100 just on taxis, it is not close to anything or within walking distance anyway." source Travelocity

"My view was of a torn to pieces pool area where construction occurs from around 5 am to late evening." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 3.2 out of 5

"I checked out on first day and went to the flamingo its a much nicer hotel and half the price." source Priceline

"Hard Rock quoted different price than website after check-in." source Venere

"You can actually find your way around the casino, the food at Mr Lucky's was fine and inexpensive, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the pool LOOKED great, though as it was 40 degrees we didn't go in." source Travelocity

"When I went to the registration desk they told me they charge a fee of $ dollars a day on your debit or credit card for incidentials which will be refunded to you when you check out." source Travelocity

"We will most definitely stay on the strip next time, the cost of taxi rides more than made up for a much nicer hotel in the middle of all the action." source Travelocity
