An excellent product with all the facilities of an intenational hotel. Highly recommended. RY03/06 A large glistening white modern building surrounded by grass. This hotel is located on a raised piece of land, a short walk from the centre of Reykjavik. 45 mins from the international airport. It has good links with the rest of the city as ring roads pass just in front of the hotel.

The rooms vary in size but they are generally medium sized and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The rooms have a warm atmosphere, with much use of pink/red curtains and upholstery. Walls are a mustard yellow colour and furnishings are subtle and elegant. Most rooms have good views across the city of Reykjavik.Directions
From Reykjavik Keflavik International Airport (KEF): Distance to Radisson SAS Saga Hotel is 50 kilometres, approximately 50 minutes' drive. Getting there. The Flybus departs from the airport and travels to the city centre's BSI bus terminal. The bus stops at Gardab� and Hafnarfjordur on request, and journey time to central Reykjavik is approximately 45 minutes. The hotel is just 500 metres from the city centre. Taxis are expensive, costing about 7,500 ISK 9,000 ISK (82 EUR 98 EUR) to the city centre. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. The Radisson SAS Saga Hotel is located on Hagatorg in the grounds of the University of Iceland. Reykjavik city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. An extensive public bus system operates throughout the city and the suburbs. Buses operate from 7 a.m. to midnight, and single tickets cost 250 ISK (3.30 EUR). Cycling is a popular way of getting around, and the city has many cycle paths. There is complimentary parking on site.
