Directions

Bath Spa railway station and Bath Manvers Street bus station are next to each other only 10 minutes walk away. If you have too much luggage, there's frequent local buses, or you can always get a taxi.To walk from the train station: stand with your back to the pedestrian exit from the train station. Follow the road to your left (Dorchester Street) until it curves around to the left (approx 150m). You will see a road bridge. Cross the road over the bridge at the pedestrian crossing and then cross the bridge itself. You are now on the left bank of the river on the downstream side of the road bridge on the corner furthest from the train station. Follow the main road alongside the river (with the river on your right). You will pass an Esso petrol station on your left and after about 400 metres you will see a Renault car dealership on your right and a pub called the Green Park Tavern on your left. Turn left at the Green Park Tavern onto Westmoreland Road. Go up Westmoreland Road and under the railway viaduct. The road changes name to Lower Oldfield Park at the bridge and Roban House is number 26 approximately 100 m up the road on the right. From the bus station: Come out from the bus station and walk towards the river running along it. To the left you will see a road bridge, cross the road bridge and turn right so that the river is on your right, then follows the directions as above.
