"The room did not look like the picture online. It was nasty, the room was small, the mattress was very low to the floor and sunk in the middle, the pillows was flat as a pancake and the comforter was old with stains, the sliding balcony door was not closing, and who's little lint balls all over the comforter." — source Travelocity

"upon arriving we were told that was false and that no online reservations were guranteed so we got our money back minus 10% of course after the EXTREMELY RUDE deskclerk told us we basically were stupid for doing it online we ended up staying at schooner II where we got the room we paid for and hada great view." — source Travelocity
