  • Overall: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"I would not stay there again despite the good location." source Travelocity

"All in all, IÂ’d recommend it (at its discount rate, not its rack rate) to budget tourists who just want a convenient place to sleep and shower." source Expedia

"I would definitely stay there again if I go back to London." source Expedia

  • Clean: Rating of 3.4 out of 5

"We have no way to judge this hotel against others since was our first trip but from our understanding of European hotels the room was very nice size and the bath was all tile and very clean." source Travelocity

"Given that indoor smoking has been banned in London for quite some time that gave me a clue as to how long it had been since the room was properly cleaned." source Expedia

"Everything about the hotel was fine; clean, comfortable, good value for the money, etc." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"The food is uninspiring - the service (supporting the self-service buffet) - is excellent." source Hotels.com

"The bed was not comfortable, the bathrooms definitely need renovating and the staff needs some additional training - the service was not great." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 5.0 out of 5

"Comfortable bed, smallish room, excellent location centered about equally from Trafalgar and Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus, near several West End theatres, museums and tube stops, the "full" English breakfast was 3 times the price of the "hole in the wall" place around the corner and about equal in content and quality, the dining room was somewhat univiting being located in the windowless lower level, front desk staff and concierge very pleasant and helpful, nice bar area, good closet storage but no dresser." source Hotels.com

"The area is noisy, but the windows are so thick they seem to block out a lot of the noise." source Travelocity

"Pluses: great location with respect to all the going-ons in Trafalgar Square, Regent St, etc." source Expedia

"The hotel has a superb location; close to theaters, restaurants and main tourist desires." source Expedia

  • Room: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"The curtain in my room even looked like it had blood splatter on it." source Hotels.com

"old rooms, kind of smelly, not much of a hotel." source Expedia
