NEWS FLASH -VERY CHEAP ROOMS AT WEEK ENDS FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS in all roomsBring your own wireless equipped note book or laptop. TVs in all rooms.Please note new UK laws prohibit smoking in the whole of our building. We are a local bed and breakfast guesthouse with 21 newly refurnished rooms and self-catering facilities. We provide clean, safe, economical accommodation and first class cooked breakfasts. We have friendly, trained staff to look after all our guests. Several of our rooms are suitable for families and with some rooms it is possible to link them together with a kitchen and bathroom to form a private area for large families or groups of contractors or students. We have another area with two large linked rooms capable of accommodating a family of four or five. Two equipped kitchens are available for self catering.The Brimar Guest House has been providing bed and breakfast accommodation for more than 15 years with 11 rooms. During the spring of 2003, the whole building was completely refurbished and extended to provide 21 rooms with more shower rooms and en-suites and to comply with all the latest safety regulations. All the furniture and soft furnishings were replaced with new fire approved materials. A new fire control and alarm system was installed and the local authority fire service issued a new upgraded fire certificate.The Brimar Guesthouse is 10 minutes drive from downtown Southampton & Southampton University. Totton railway station is 200 mtrs walk. Southampton docks are near by. The M272 leading to the M27 motorway is 2 minutes drive. Southampton Airport is 15/20 minutes drive.We have the Automobile Association 2 Stars approval for guest accommodation.Check in between 12:00 hrs & 20:00 hrs onlyReservations for guests who do not arrive during these times will be cancelled unless telephone arrangements are made in advance.Please check out before 11:00 hrs on day of departure.We do not accept same sex group bookings of more than 4 people without prior agreement. Please phone to discuss.The Brimar Guest House is owned and operated by Steadhurst Ltd, a British registered company which is VAT registered. The company operates a formal Health and Safety policy and has an equal opportunities policy for employment. The business is insured with Norwich Union

Directions

We are located in Totton on the edge of Southampton. Close to the M272 leading to M27 & M35 minutes drive from the New Forest National ParkAcross the road from Totton train station on the south side. Note- Not all trains stop at Totton.
