  • Service: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"Considering I paid about double for this place what I would have for any other hotel in Moab *because* it was the only one available that allegedly offered high-speed access, I was extremely disappointed by the service and amenities of the Moab Ramada." source Hotels.com

"Maid service was not provided. We contacted the front desk and was informed that there would be no maid service and no adjustment to our room rate, since we had obtained our reservation thru a online travel website." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right on Main Street within easy walking distance of the best restaurants and shops in Moab." source Hotels.com

"No curtains in the vanity area, so the light from the street/parking lot shown into the room, making it difficult to fall asleep." source Travelocity

"Other than that great location in town." source Expedia

"Good Location - pretty much in the middle of town, and had real comfortable beds." source Hotels.com

  • Value: Rating of 2.9 out of 5

"This wouldn't be too big of a deal except we had a roll-a-way bed, and the fact that we couldn't put the chairs under the table meant it took 2x the space that it would have taken if they did fit under." source Travelocity

  • Room: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"The wall paper was peeling off the walls in the room, the chairs had stains on them, there was LOTS of dust along the edge of the carpeting, it smelled old and musty, the ceiling needed painting, the bath tub had mildew, the towels/washcloths were so old they were like sandpaper, the sheets were old old old, the pillows were inadequate, who knows when the last time they washed the bed blankets and bedspreads." source Travelocity

"This was the last room available in Moab for the night -- the setup was great - 2 separate bedrooms and a room for the bathroom - with 3 kids and 2 adults this was great and private for us. The room was old and had a street door facing out - not too secure." source Travelocity

"Our ground floor room was well away from the main road and very quiet, but we could still walk to restaurants etc." source Expedia

"The rooms were newly decorated, comfortable, clean." source Expedia

"The room was very small, dark, dingy, musty smelling with dirty stained carpet and dirty walls, a tiny bathroom, sandpaper towels and old bed linens." source Travelocity
