"While the hotel was ok for a Holiday Inn I expected more- it took forever to check in due to a long line and only 1 employee- her help was "on break" - the beds were hard, the maid left her cleaning supplies in the room and then the service for breakfast the next morning was slow- we waited a good 10 mins standing at the door of the resturant just waiting to be acknowledged and seated- then once seated it was another 10 mins to get drinks- thank goodness the food was buffet or no telling how long it would have taken- the food was ok- however did have a shortage of plates and bowl." — source Expedia
