    "dear sir how come i stay in a hotel with a broken window i had sleep with my wallet underneath the pillow and whenever i go out i had to take all my money with me and when i reserve a room with a private bathroom i should find a room with a private bathroom not a shared one in addition to the attitude of the emplyee named "ameen" he is the guy from algeria i am sorry to say he wasnt welcomming so i had to cancel the reservation of the 5 nights and only stay for one single night and move to a." source Venere
