Good property with a lot of character and excellent position whether for leisure or business. SS1008 This is a historic building, dating back to 1913 with the original facade maintained. This heritage listed hotel is located in the heart of the business district opposite Flinders Street Station. Crown Casino, Southbank, Collins Street and Bourke Street Mall are all about 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel was originally built as a Commercial Travelers Club in 1913. The property has been restored and offers guest 21st century facilities and technology. Melbourne Tullamarine airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes drive.
