The full breakfasts (included in the price) are special, cooked to order by the chef in the open kitchen. Most of the rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the even more commodious suites are a luxury on a longer visit, especially since they have modest kitchen facilities. Directions

Being located on two of the oldest streets in Quebec City, Le Saint Pierre, with its woodwork and stone walls, seduces through its old-world charm. Nearby, architectural and historical discoveries await you. To meander through the Old Port is to travel through four centuries of urban and maritime life. If you approach from the river side, take Dalhousie, Sault-au-Matelot and Saint-Pierre streets, formerly known as the "Wall Street" of Quebec City, as most banks were located there. These ancient financial buildings have kept their magnificent architecture. Keep walking through Saint-Paul street, the street of antique dealers, right to the remains of the first palace of Intendant Talon. Coming back, linger for a while in front of the other palace, that of the Palais train station. Finally, get a taste of all the colours of the Marche du Vieux-Port, close to the boats of the Louise basin and changing waves of the St. Lawrence River, between Pointe-a-Carcy and Ile d'Orleans.
